Please note that all products are created, manufactured and shipped on demand by Printful. HOL + WELL does not stock any product or handling any of the shipping. Please read Printful's Return Policy carefully before ordering. Please check all size guides before placing your order. Refunds will not be offered for buyer's remorse. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Amy at helloholandwell@gmail.com prior to attempting a return. In an effort to ensure you know and are pleased with exactly what you're buying, detailed size guides, care instructions and accurate images have been provided on the website.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered in Canada and the USA on all order of $125 (CAD) or more before discounts and taxes.

PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times vary depending on the garment and must account for the items being created on demand, however, the majority of the items HOL + WELL sells will be delivered within 5-10 business days of when you placed your order. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information and other order details.

Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to holiday influx, Covid-19 outbreaks and natural disasters.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED

If the designated carrier cannot deliver your package due to any of the following reasons, your order will be returned to Printful and you will be responsible to pay any additional shipping fees to have the order shipped again.

- No access to mailbox

- Missing unit information

- No access to unit
